Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich (Vegan Style)

Happy Sunday Veggie Fam! Who doesn’t like breakfast?!? I did a poll on my IG Story to see if anyone would love to see the ultimate vegan breakfast sandwich. We had a unanimous vote of a “YES” lol. Enjoy, my Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich Vegan Style recipe! I have my TV show post below with all the steps.

Hey Veggie Fam 🌱 It's another Sunday, which means we have another #SundayRecipeTime 💚. This week, I did a poll in my stories to see if you wanted me to do a breakfast sandwich 🥪 for my recipe. Of course yall showed up and showed out with the unanimous "YES" lol. So I present to you the Ultimate Vegan Breakfast Sandwich 🍳. Check out the full recipe below ⬇️! Ingredients • 2 slices of Wheat Bread • 3-4 slices of Tofurky • 1 small Vine Tomato (thinly sliced) • 1 small Avocado (sliced) • 1/4 of a small Sweet Onion • 1 cup of Spinach • 1/2 cup of Hashbrowns • 1 /4 cup of Just Egg • 1 tbsp of Vegan Mayo • 1 pad of Vegan Buttery Spread • 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder • 1 tbsp of Onion Powder • Salt and Black Pepper to taste Directions 1. Follow directions on your fav hashbrowns cook these ahead of time. Sit aside. 2. Take a griddle top or pan. Turn heat to medium and melt your buttery spread. 3. As the pan is heating, prep your veggies and avocado. 4. Take your onions and add them to the pan. 5. In a small bowl, mix all your seasonings together and season your avocado, onions, tomatoes. 6. Allow your Onions to cook for about 3 minutes, then add your spinach and Tofurky to the griddle. Allow the spinach to cook for 10-15 seconds and your tofurky to cook for about 30 seconds to a minute. Make sure to flip them halfway through the cooking process. 7. Take those ingredients off and sit aside. 8. Grab your bread and lightly toast it. 9. As your toasting your bread, scramble your Just Egg. Add some seasonings to that as well. Cook for about 30 seconds. 10. Now it's time to assemble! 11. Add your vegan mayo to both slices of bread. Then layer tofurky, tomato, avocado, spinach, onions, vegan eggs, and finish with hashbrowns on top. 12. Enjoy!

    I’m a huge fan of grits. I like the fact that these are vegan in case some of my friends aren’t eaten meat products.
